Linux PPPD Log Hack
This is a hack for the linux pppd (
www.samba.org/ppp)
If you use the 'logfile' option in your ppp-config (and not syslog), then you probably miss the time and pid of the pppd process.
This hack adds the time (unix-epoch) and the pid to your logfile.
